Vegan Vanilla Tahini Crispy Rice Treats

Ingredients
3 Tbsp vegan butter

1½ Tbsp vanilla bean tahini
1 Tbsp water
1 bag vegan marshmallows (like Dandies)
Small pinch of fine sea salt
5 cups crispy rice cereal
⅓ cup chocolate chips, melted

¼ cup Soom Chocolate or Chocolate Sea Salt Tahini

Directions
Spray 8x8 or 9x9 square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large pot, melt butter over medium to low heat. Once melted, stir in vanilla bean tahini. Then add in the marshmallows, stirring constantly to incorporate. After about 3 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of water and continue stirring until melted together. Remove from heat.
Add a small pinch of salt and the crispy rice cereal to the melted marshmallow mixture and mix to fully coat the cereal. Press into the prepared baking pan.
For the chocolate glaze: Melt the chocolate chips over a bain marie or in the microwave, in 30 second increments. Once fully melted, stir in the chocolate tahini. Drizzle over crispy rice treats.
