Vegan Vanilla Tahini Crispy Rice Treats

Ingredients
3 Tbsp vegan butter

1½ Tbsp vanilla bean tahini
1 Tbsp water
1 bag vegan marshmallows (like Dandies)
Small pinch of fine sea salt
5 cups crispy rice cereal
⅓ cup chocolate chips, melted

¼ cup Soom Dark Chocolate Tahini with Sea Salt

Directions
Spray 8x8 or 9x9 square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large pot, melt butter over medium to low heat. Once melted, stir in Vanilla Bean Tahini. Then add in the marshmallows, stirring constantly to incorporate. After about 3 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of water and continue stirring until melted together. Remove from heat.
Add a small pinch of salt and the crispy rice cereal to the melted marshmallow mixture and mix to fully coat the cereal. Press into the prepared baking pan.
