How quickly are online orders shipped?
We ship website orders every Monday and Wednesday. Depending on location, it may take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to receive your order once it's shipped.
Can you ship to PO boxes?
Yes we can! We use USPS to ship website orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Non-wholesale website orders under $46 can choose between $5.99 economy shipping (5-8 business days) or $7.99 standard shipping (3-4 business days). Non-wholesale orders overs $46 qualify for free shipping.
Wholesale shippingcosts are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the package and shipping location.
The package I received is leaking. What should I do?
On occasion, the natural oil in tahini may leak through even the toughest seals. This is more likely to happen in hot weather and during heaving shipping seasons when packages may not be handled with the most gentle of hands. Oil leakage poses no threat to the tahini as it is shelf-stable, even when opened. However, we don’t want you to be disappointed with your purchase! I live in an area that has a higher altitude. Will this case shipping issues?
We haven't experienced any issues with high altitudes, but if you receive a damaged jar please email customersupport@soomfoods.com.
My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package ships. Please use this tracking number to located your package with the carrier. If there’s an issue, email orders@soomfoods.com and we’ll help to get the issue fixed!
There's a problem with my order. What should I do?
