Little Sesame chef, Ronen Tenne, likes to use this sauce on roasted beets, grilled chicken, or simply mixed into a seasonal salad.
Turmeric Tahini Sauce
about 1.5 cups of dressing
1 clove fresh garlic, grated on microplane
250 gr Soom Premium or Organic Tahini
50 gr fresh lemon juice
5 gr kosher salt
15 gr ground turmeric
10 gr sweetener (agave, maple syrup, or honey)
200 gr very cold water
Blend first six ingredients in a small mixing bowl; then slowly whisk in water until you reach the desired consistency – when the sauce is thick, smooth and emulsified.
