Tahini Magic Cookie Bars

Ingredients
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp Soom Premium or Organic Tahini; divided
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup shredded coconut
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup tahini until combined. Press crumbs into the bottom of the pan.
Add 2 Tbsp tahini to condensed milk and whisk together. Pour the condensed milk and tahini mixture over the crust.
Add the chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut flakes in even layers on top of the graham cracker crust.
Press down toppings gently with a fork. Bake for approximately 22-25 minutes or until coconut starts to turn golden brown. Let bars cool and cut into squares.
Recipe Note
To make this recipe vegan - substitute butter with favorite non-dairy alternative, use sweetened condensed coconut milk, non-dairy chocolate chips, and vegan-friendly graham crackers such as Nabisco or Keebler brand.
