Ingredients
1/2 cup Soom Premium or Organic Tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup mix of chopped nuts, seeds, and dried fruit (your favorites!)
1/4 cup milk of choice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together tahini, maple syrup, and cinnamon until smooth.
Add Original ChiChi, your mix of nuts, seeds, and dried fruit, and a pinch of sea salt to the wet ingredients. Stir until well combined.
Pour in the milk a little at a time, stirring until the dough holds together. Adjust with more milk if needed for a cohesive texture.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough and roll it into a ball. Flatten slightly and place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
