2 Tbsp red miso paste
2 inch knob of peeled fresh ginger
1 juiced lemon
1 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
¼ cup filtered water
Directions
In a food processor or a high-speed blender, pulse ingredients until the mixture is smooth and well-emulsified.
