Maple Tahini Latte
1 cup (8 ounces) milk of choice
2 Tbsp Soom Foods Premium or Organic Tahini
1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
½ Tbsp ground cinnamon (plus a sprinkle for the topping)
2 shots of espresso
Ice (if making iced version)
Whipped cream (opptional)
Iced Maple Tahini Latte
To a blender, add in the milk, tahini, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and ground cinnamon. Blend on high until the mixture is combined and frothy.
Once blended, brew your espresso shots using an espresso machine/maker or instant espresso.
Add espresso shots to a cup, along with the maple tahini milk, and ice cubes. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, and enjoy!
Hot Maple Tahini Latte
Brew your espresso shots using an espresso machine/maker or instant espresso.
Add hot espresso shots to a mug along with tahini, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until well incorporated.
Steam 1 cup of milk. (if you do not have a countertop milk steamer or espresso machine, you can warm the milk separately and froth with handheld milk frother)
Pour milk over mug of espresso. Give another quick stir and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
