Ingredients
3 medium potatoes
1 Tbsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp paprika
1 cup cream
2-3 Tbsp honey
A dash of salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Thinly slice the potatoes (about ⅛–¼ inch thick) and place them in a large bowl. Add the garlic powder, salt, and olive oil, and toss well to evenly coat the slices.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a light coating of olive oil. Working in batches, sear the potato slices for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned. Sprinkle with paprika as they cook. Add more oil to the pan as needed to prevent sticking.
Once browned, arrange the potato slices in an even layer in the prepared baking dish.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the cream and Soom Premium Tahini. Once the mixture begins to bubble gently, remove from heat.
Pour the warm tahini cream sauce evenly over the potatoes. Drizzle the honey on top and sprinkle with a small pinch of salt.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the glaze is slightly thickened and bubbly. Serve warm!
