Green Goddess Hummus

JUMP TO RECIPE

If spring had a flavor, it might just be this Green Goddess Hummus. It's bright, herby, zesty, and surprisingly easy to make. Spread it on a sandwich or snack straight from the bowl with pita and veggies. If you’re looking for a healthy homemade dip that’s big on flavor and light on effort, this Green Goddess Hummus is about to be a staple in your kitchen!

Hi Julie, so glad you loved the recipe! It is a tedious task to remove the chickpea skins, but one trick is to pour the chickpeas into a dish towel and rub the skins off using the towel.

Love the herbaceous taste! Great change to my usual hummus recipe. The only “annoying” part is removing the skins after swishing the rinsed, simmered chickpeas. Any tricks for doing that quicker?

One teaspoon of baking soda should do the trick! We’ll add that above. :)
