Double Chocolate Snack Bites

Ingredients
8 pitted Medjool dates
1/3 cup quick oats
2 Tbsp cocoa powder*
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Small pinch of salt
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
2 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
Soak dates in hot water for 5–10 minutes; drain well.
In a food processor, blend dates and tahini until smooth and glossy.
Add oats, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt; pulse until a sticky dough forms.
Transfer to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips and sesame seeds.
Roll into 12 bite-sized balls.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Recipe Note
We recommend cocoa powder for a classic "brownie batter" flavor. Cacao powder will give a deeper, more intense and slightly bitter flavor.
Storage Tip: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 2 months.
