Double Chocolate Snack Bites

Ingredients
- 8 pitted Medjool dates 
- 1/3 cup quick oats 
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder* 
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
- Small pinch of salt 
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips 
- 2 tsp sesame seeds 
Directions
- Soak dates in hot water for 5–10 minutes; drain well. 
- In a food processor, blend dates and tahini until smooth and glossy. 
- Add oats, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt; pulse until a sticky dough forms. 
- Transfer to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips and sesame seeds. 
- Roll into 12 bite-sized balls. 
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving. 
Recipe Note
We recommend cocoa powder for a classic "brownie batter" flavor. Cacao powder will give a deeper, more intense and slightly bitter flavor.
