Creamy Tahini Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

½ cup Soom Premium Tahini or Organic Tahini
½ cup + 2 Tbsp ice cold water, plus more as needed
3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese*
3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ tsp apple cider vinegar
1½ tsp dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Taste and adjust as needed.
*Sub in nutritional yeast to make this dressing vegan.
