Chocolate Tahini Fudgesicles
1 15oz can full fat coconut milk
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup Soom Chocolate Tahini or Dark Chocolate Tahini with Sea Salt
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
In a small saucepan combine cornstarch, cocoa powder, and coconut milk. Simmer over low heat until the cornstarch and cocoa powder are dissolved, stirring constantly to ensure milk does not burn. Remove from heat.
Pour coconut milk mixture into a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until fully incorporated.
Place mixture into a measuring cup with a spout. Pour into popsicle molds; add sticks. Freeze overnight.
When frozen solid, remove pops from molds by placing them in a warm water bath for 5-10 seconds.
