Chocolate Tahini Coconut Granola
2 cups gluten free oats
2 cups coconut flakes
1⁄2 cup Soom Chocolate or Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Tahini
1⁄4 cup hemp seeds
1⁄2 cup maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 325ºF. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except optional Cacao Nibs and 1⁄4 cup Chocolate Tahini. Fold together until fully combined.
Transfer to the lined sheet pan, spreading into an even layer
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Once out of the oven, sprinkle with Cacao Nibs and an additional drizzle of Chocolate Tahini if you’d like. Allow to cool completely.
Once fully cooled, break into smaller chunks. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Sprinkle on top of yogurt, smoothie bowls, oatmeal, or pour your favorite milk over a bowl of it. Enjoy!
