Ingredients
-
1 ½ cups Soom Chocolate Sesame Spread
½ cup almond flour (or oat flour for nut-free)
⅓ cup cocoa powder
1 Tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup chocolate chips, melted
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
A touch of sea salt for garnish
Directions
In a food processor, combine Soom Chocolate Sesame Spread, almond flour, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. Blend until a smooth dough form. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Scoop and roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Chill in an airtight container in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set.
While the bites chill, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
Once chilled, dip each bite into the melted chocolate mixture, letting the excess drip off. Return to the parchment-lined tray and sprinkle with flaky sea salt, if using.
Chill again for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate is set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
