"Roasted green beans are so much more exciting when they still have a good crisp, that almost fried texture, to them. Dinner is so much more exciting when you have only one pan to clean up when it’s all done. When you combine tahini and the cilantro hot sauce zhoug, it becomes one creamy/spicy/zesty condiment you'll want to put on everything. This is a combination of a lot of my favorite things. It’s super satisfying, extremely easy, and a great go-to for dinner parties where you want to spend less time in the kitchen."
