This recipe is really good. I had the dark choc tahini and wanted to bake with it and found this recipe. I’m known for making great cookies of all different types… my friends said this was my best one yet! So perfectly chocolatey and fudgey! And the hint of salt from the tahini makes it unique.

These turned out perfectly. I am impressed. So easy to make too. Usually I’m disappointed when I make something super chocolaty so when I took a bite i said to myself “uh oh, these are really good!” Seriously worried I could eat too many because I’m taking them to a family get together. Cookies are out of this world! Easy to mix by hand. Highly addictive. Great recipe for a great product. Dark chocolate sea salt tahini sells out quickly near me so I’ve learned to keep 2-3 containers in my pantry.

This was a yummy recipe in the end but my cookies burned at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. With a second batch I put them in at 325 for 10 minutes (middle rack) and all was well.
