Homemade Vanilla Bean Tahini

Ingredients
-
¼ cup Soom Premium or Organic Tahini
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 tspvanilla bean paste
2-3 Tbsp cold water
Directions
Add all ingredients except for water to a small bowl and whisk together.
Whisk in cold water one tablespoon at a time to thin the mixture to desired consistency
Drizzle over fruit, yogurt, or add to baked goods!
Keep in a secured container and refrigerate for up to five days.

We haven’t tested a homemade recipe to recreate Soom’s Chocolate Tahini but you could experiment by combining melted chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and a sweetener of your choice. :)
