Creamy Dill Pickle Dressing

Ingredients
2 heaping Tbsp sour cream or plain Greek yogurt*

1/2 cup Soom Premium or Organic Tahini
1/2 cup pickle juice (we used Fishtown Pickles Philly Dilly Deli)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp or 1-2 small cloves, minced garlic
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp fresh dill, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together sour cream and tahini until combined. The tahini will seize up a bit, but will loosen up once liquid is added.
Whisk in the pickle and lemon juice.
Stir the remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Enjoy Creamy Dill Pickle Dressing drizzled over salads, as a dip for veggies, or as a flavorful topping for sandwiches or wraps.
Recipe Note
*For a thicker consistency, use cream cheese.
*Sub a plant-based sour cream or yogurt alternative to veganize this recipe.
