Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients
1 cup almond flour

⅓ cup Soom Premium or Organic Tahini
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp sea salt
⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Combine almond flour, tahini, honey, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl; mix well to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.
Use a small cookie scoop to form mixture into 14 cookie dough bites. Sprinkle with flaky salt, if desired.
Store in an airtight container refrigerated for up to 1 week.
Recipe Note
Swap Soom Premium Tahini for Soom Chocolate Tahini or Soom Vanilla Bean Tahini while keeping all proportions the same.

My 11 year old picky daughter who will not try anything.. opened the fridge after I said “there are cookie dough balls in there” and then looked confused yet delighted. I told her what they were made of and she said.. “yeah, can you make them actual cookies, too?” Nice!
