Chocolate Tahini Bark (3 Ways)

Ingredients
12 oz dark or semi sweet chocolate, melted

1⁄4 cup Soom Chocolate or Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Tahini
1⁄4 cup dried cranberries
1⁄4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
1⁄4 cup almonds, roughly chopped
12 oz dark or semi sweet chocolate, melted

1⁄4 cup Soom Chocolate or Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Tahini
1⁄2 cup pretzels
1⁄4 cup peanuts, chopped
1⁄4 cup peanut butter
12 oz dark or semi sweet chocolate, melted

1⁄4 cup Soom Chocolate Tahini
1⁄2 cup white chocolate, melted
2 tsp peppermint extract
1⁄4 cup peppermints or candy canes, crushed

Directions
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Melt the chocolate over a bain marie or in the microwave, in 30 second increments. Once fully melted, stir in the chocolate tahini.
Spread in an even layer over the lined pan.
For peanut butter variation: swirl peanut butter into the melted chocolate a tablespoon at a time with a toothpick.
For peppermint variation: add peppermint extract to melted white chocolate. Drizzle white chocolate over the chocolate base, then swirl in with a toothpick.
Sprinkle with toppings and place in the fridge or freezer until chocolate is completely hardened, about 30-60 minutes.
