Not only does tahini add a rich, nutty flavor to whatever you’re blending up, but it’s a nutrient-dense powerhouse that packs plant-based protein and healthy fats. You can’t go wrong with adding a tablespoon or two! But the real question is - Premium or Chocolate? (maybe both?!)

Green Tropical Tahini Smoothie - serves 1
- 1 banana
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1-2 cups fresh spinach
- Small knob of fresh ginger
- ¼ tsp ground turmeric
- A dash of black pepper
- 1-2 Tbsp Soom Tahini
- 1 tsp date syrup or honey
- ½ - ¾ cup milk of choice (use less for thicker smoothie, more for thinner smoothie)
- Ice
- Optional: protein powder
Orange Creamsicle Smoothie - serves 2
- 1 banana
- 1 large orange or 2 small oranges, peeled and sliced
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 dates, pitted
- ½ cup milk of choice
- ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Soom Tahini, more to taste
- Ice
- optional: 1 teaspoon orange zest, protein powder of choice
Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie - serves 1
- 1 banana
- 1 date, pitted
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1-2 tbsp Soom Chocolate Tahini
- ½ - 1 cup milk of choice (use less for thicker smoothie, more for thinner smoothie)
- Ice
- Optional: chocolate protein powder or collagen powder, frozen cauliflower
Carrot Cake Smoothie - serves 1
- 1 banana
- 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped (or handful of baby carrots)
- 1 very small knob of fresh ginger or ⅛ tsp ground ginger
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1-2 dates, pitted 1-2 tbsp Soom Premium Tahini
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Ice
- Optional: 1 tiny pinch nutmeg or allspice, ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks Optional: for serving, 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
Chocolate Cherry Tahini Smoothie - serves 1
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon Soom Chocolate Tahini
- 1 tablespoon Soom Premium Tahini
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Ice
- Optional add-ins: 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ cup rolled oats
