Carrot Cake Smoothie

Ingredients
1 banana
1 small carrot, peeled and chopped (or handful of baby carrots)
1 very small knob of fresh ginger or ⅛ tsp ground ginger
½ cup Greek yogurt*
1/2 cup milk of choice
1-2 dates, pitted

1-2 Tbsp Soom Premium or Organic Tahini
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Ice
Optional: 1 tiny pinch nutmeg or allspice, ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks. for serving: 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
Directions
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend. Add more ice or milk to adjust the consistency as needed. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
*Can sub Greek yogurt to a nondairy yogurt alternative.
