• 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped (or handful of baby carrots)

• 1 very small knob of fresh ginger or ⅛ tsp ground ginger

• ½ cup Greek yogurt*

• 1/2 cup milk of choice

• 1-2 dates, pitted

• 1-2 Tbsp Soom Premium or Organic Tahini

• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

• Ice

• Optional: 1 tiny pinch nutmeg or allspice, ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks. for serving: 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
