Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

Ingredients
1 banana
1 large orange or 2 small oranges, peeled and sliced
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 dates, pitted
½ cup milk of choice
½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt*

1 Tbsp Soom Premium or Organic Tahini, more to taste
Ice
optional: 1 teaspoon orange zest, protein powder
Directions
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend. Add more ice or milk to adjust the consistency as needed. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
*Can sub Greek yogurt to a nondairy yogurt alternative.
