Turmeric Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
1 clove fresh garlic, grated on microplane
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp ground turmeric
2 tsp sweetener (agave, maple syrup, or honey)
¾ cup very cold water (add more or less to adjust consistency)
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic, tahini, lemon juice, salt, turmeric, and sweetener until combined. Slowly stream in the cold water while whisking until the sauce becomes thick, smooth, and emulsified. Adjust water as needed depending on how pourable you want it.
