Maple Dijon Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup Soom Premium or Organic Tahini 
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup 
- 1.5 Tbsp dijon mustard 
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 
- 1 clove garlic, minced 
- 2 -3 Tbsp water 
- 1⁄2 tsp salt 
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste 
Directions
- In a small bowl whisk together the Maple Dijon Tahini Dressing ingredients except the water. Mix in the water 1 Tbsp at a time, until desired consistency is achieved. 
- Dressing can be kept in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
