Ingredients
1 Tbsp sherry vinegar
1 Tbsp date syrup
2 tsp chili garlic sauce (such as Huy Fong)
½ tsp curry powder
¼ tsp kosher salt
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, sherry vinegar, date syrup, chili garlic sauce, curry powder, and salt until well combined.
Gradually add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking continuously until the sauce is smooth and reaches your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Use immediately or refrigerate for later use.
Recipe Note
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days. Great for drizzling over grilled meats, tofu, roasted vegetables, or grain bowls.
