Chocolate Cherry Tahini Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen cherries
1 banana
1 cup milk of choice

1 Tbsp Soom Chocolate Tahini

1 Tbsp Soom Premium or Organic Tahini
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Ice
Optional add-ins: 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ cup rolled oats
Directions
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend. Add more ice or milk to adjust the consistency as needed. Enjoy!

I didn’t have frozen cherries, but subbed in blueberries, and added a bit of hemp hearts, which are another “feel good” thing for me lately. And I do add a shot of cinnamon to most anything sweet, to amp up the sweet factor w/o ramping up the blood sugar. Did 2/3 for breakfast, saved 1/3 for evening dessert. Excellent both times!
