If you don't love Brussels sprouts, you haven't had them cooked to perfection! The sprouts get air-fried or roasted at a high temperature, which gets them nice and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. The sauce bursts with rich, umami, sweet, slightly spice, and earthy notes, which complement the flavors of the charred Brussel sprouts.
