Great list, I’d add my cookbook, 52 Shabbats:Friday Night Dinners Inspired by a Global Jewish Kitchen. It has lots of tahini-based recipes including one for a sweet dessert sauce and one perfect for turkey leftovers — a tahini, turkey and sweet potato casserole/pie
