Garlic Yogurt Tahini Dip

Ingredients
1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
1 minced garlic clove
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill or mint
Salt and pepper to taste
Sumac
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, tahini, lemon juice, and chopped dill or mint. Whisk until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and fully blended.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and top with sumac to serve (optional). Serve chilled with fresh vegetables, pita, or as a sauce for grilled meats or roasted veggies.
