Chocolate Chip Cookie Baked Oatmeal
½ cup rolled oats
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup your choice of milk
1 banana (half mashed, the other half cut in slices)
1 Tbsp of Premium or Organic Tahini
1 tsp maple syrup
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup chocolate chunks (in batter)
1 Tbsp chocolate chunks (for topping)
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Add the dry ingredients to an oven-safe bowl and mix in all of the wet ingredients.
Fold in the ¼ cup of chocolate chips.
Top with a sprinkle more of chocolate chips and banana slices.
Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes.
Let cool slightly and dive your spoon right in!
