Cherry Chocolate Snack Bites

Ingredients
8 pitted Medjool dates
1/3 cup quick oats
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Small pinch of salt
1/3 cup dried tart cherries
2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
2 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
Soak dates in hot water for 5–10 minutes; drain.
In a food processor, pulse dates and tahini until smooth.
Add oats, vanilla, and salt; pulse until just combined.
Add dried cherries and pulse briefly to mix.
Transfer to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips and sesame seeds.
Roll into 12 bites and chill for 30 minutes before eating.

Storage Tip: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 2 months.
