United StatesI received my first jar of Soom through Misfits Market and was immediately delighted by the creamy smooth texture and the lack of bitterness that characterizes some other commercially available brands. I have since bought several jars of the plain, and have used them for baking, in soups and sauces, and just as is. Soom blends easily and doesn't separate. The chocolate tahini is a favorite in our house as well. We warm it up and use it as a sauce or as a quick chocolate fondue for snacks. It's delicious with bananas, Biscoff cookies, and pretzels! I plan to buy several more jars as holiday gifts, and look forward to trying the date syrup as well.
