Directions

1. Place powdered sugar in a medium mixing bowl. Add vanilla, tahini, and milk. Whisk to combine. Add more powdered sugar for a thicker consistency, or more milk to thin it out.

2. Using a small butter knife or offset spatula, spread icing over cooled cookies. Icing can be divided and colored with a few drops of food coloring.

3. Allow icing to harden before stacking cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
